When going for glam, Juli must have eyelashes. “If I don’t do lashes, I love M.A.C. Haute and Naughty Lash Mascara.” She applies a warm-toned, M.A.C. bronze shimmer shadow along her upper and lower lashlines, across the lid and just above the crease. To add depth to her eyes, she uses Lancôme Eyeliner Le Crayon Khôl in Black Ebony.
